For more than a decade, Darlene has walked alongside visionaries, community leaders, educators, authors, and creatives—guiding them from stuck to sparked. She knows what it’s like to carry a powerful idea but feel unsure of how to begin. That’s why her practice is rooted in strategy, empathy, and soul-centered support.
Her journey began in service to others and led to community engagement and nonprofit leadership. Working in advocacy and strategy, she witnessed how people were often full of heart and ideas—but lacked the tools or confidence to bring them to life.
Over time, she developed a signature approach: blending transformational coaching, strategic facilitation, and creative expression as catalysts for growth.
Darlene is now a published author, Certified Zentangle® Teacher (CZT), and trusted coach and consultant. Through her work, she helps others bring their fullest selves into the world—with intention, artistry, and alignment.
